Nice flower, blured or simple background shall be better, I think. Try to cut this photo on both sides to delete unnecessary parts. The Photoshop adjustments are accepted here too. 3+1. Welcome here and good light.

Giorgio, composition-wise, this picture is quiet chaotic. The small yellow blossoms (Hortensia?), the grass blade, the two branches, bright background - those are all violating elements. I'd have focused more on the tulip alone. Welcome to the photoPOST, I wish you a lot of successful pictures...:o)
