The spider blends with the ground. Remedy? I'd use the magnetic lasso and separated the spider from the rest, then darken the ground and gave more brightness to the spider. :o))

The composition is good, but the compression artefacts kill this good picture. Next time try to shoot the object from various angles and try to experiment with depth of field. P.S.: If you can't squeeze the whole picture in full size (700x700 max) into 100kB, sacrifice size instead of compression quality! My rating is 3 (4-1), because the details are ruined.
