Danuse said it so nicely...! It is, obviously, difficult to shoot against light. So, I would have come closer to the tunnel's end to have revealed a bit more of the outside, and given it more both brightness and contrast. Monochrome in sepia is good!
It's a shame that I can't see true black colour there ... I recommend that you check histogram in Photoshop or adjust curves ... the photo is very light (may be caused by your scanner). The composition is not IMHO right ... if you want it to be in center, it should be centered horizontally properly ... I would also crop the bottom a bit and add some space to the top of the photo
