Inox, inox, I like the colour balance and how clear the picture is. However, I see a lot of white, some of it is overexposed. This can be compensated a bit through Image=>Adjust=>curves or by outlining the 'burnt' areas by the lasso tool, then Image=>Adjust=>brightness/contrast. Nevertheles, the easiest way is to choose the appropriate time/apperture in relation to lighting at the point of taking the picture.
Furthermore, the right side reveals an open sea with some beautiful blue shades. From the composition point of view, I would have made a few steps to the left which would allow me to include some of the open sea as well. It would give the scene more depth - kind of false 3D perception. After all, those are fishermen, ready to go out, right?
